IIIA1 (positive retroperitoneal nodes only); IIIA2 (peritoneal tumor ≤10mm outside pelvis); IIIB (peritoneal tumor 10-20mm); IIIC (peritoneal tumor >20mm or positive inguinal nodes). Most common at diagnosis in India (50-60% of cases).
