Treatment Approach for Stage IIIA

Neoadjuvant (preoperative) chemotherapy with FOLFOX or CAPOX for 3 cycles, followed by gastrectomy and D2 dissection, then adjuvant chemotherapy for remaining cycles. Total treatment duration 6 months.
